CHASE Direct Deposit form all closings

All Platinum agents are required to complete a one-time setup for Chase disbursements.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Agent Portal
2. Navigate to Resources
3. Select Downloads
4. Download the Chase Direct Deposit Form
5. Complete and submit the form with your first Chase closing

This form ensures your commissions are processed accurately and without delay. After your initial submission, you will only need to complete this form again if you are requesting payment via wire or Zelle.
